Kyle Gilbert has served in full-time ministry for over 25 years, leading teams in communications, creative media, and pastoral roles. He began his ministry at Southcliff Baptist Church in Fort Worth, where he served as an Associate Pastor and later as Campus Pastor for the church’s first multisite location.
Kyle then spent a decade at Faith Promise Church in Knoxville, TN, overseeing communications during a period of rapid growth before returning to the DFW Metroplex to lead communications at Rush Creek Church.
In 2020, Kyle joined MEDIA Alliance International as Vice President for Communication, later advancing to Senior Vice President and now serving as Chief Operating Officer.
In addition to his leadership role at MEDIA Alliance, Kyle also teaches Church Media classes as an adjunct professor at Dallas Baptist University.
